Interested in Aerial arts? Think you don't have enough upper body strength to try a Circus class? Well this is the course for you. We'll use this 90 minute introductory session to get you warmed up and conditioned in order to try all of our aerial arts apparatus. See which apparatus (silks, pole, lyra) you feel most comfortable in, and learn the basic lingo and skills to get you started for classes.
All fitness levels welcome.
Each apparatus has a 300lb body weight limit.
