Bums & Tums Level 2 is a 45 minute class designed for those who've completed level 1 and/or intermediate fitness levels. Each class focuses on lower body conditioning and restoring core function with breath work and activation with a specific intention on glutes and core muscles. Babies are welcomed to join or you can also attend solo. This class is held OUTDOORS summer & fall. Please bring a yoga mat or towel for ground work.
