Please bring your own mat! Kicking Barre up a notch, Cardio Barre is a unique high-energy class. Posture, flexibility, balance, core stability, total body strength, and metabolic training are emphasized. This class will improve your cardiovascular capacity by including bursts of aerobic and anaerobic work (aka. interval training). Various equipment are used, such as, Bosus, hand weights, Therabands, squishy balls, and more! This class is suitable for all levels as modifications are applied for your needs and ability.
• THIS CLASS IS GREAT FOR: Experienced clients.
• THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR: New, injured or pregnant clients.
• RECOMMENDED: Non-slip socks (available for purchase at the studio), water and a towel.
