VERY SWEATY
What do you get when you mash up hot yoga with ballet stretches, Pilates moves, weights, and interval training? Sweaty!
 
This class will be held in the hot room with the temperature set to a toasty 90-95 degrees. Come to class well hydrated!
 
To start, your instructor will turn up the music and lead you through a series of warm-up stretches. From there, you’ll run through upper-body exercises, core conditioning, and lower-body exercises for a 60-minute sweat session. You do these in short, controlled intervals, switching from one area of the body to the next. Cool-down stretches conclude the class.

In about 10 sessions you should be longer, leaner, and more toned, with improved balance, strength, stamina, and flexibility, as well as enhanced overall awareness.
