This yin-style class uses simple, long-held, supported postures to deeply relax breath, mind and body, and release deeply held, habitual tension throughout the body. Instructors create sequences that incorporate self-massage techniques using props and your own body weight to further release tension held in the connective tissues. Class is intended to provide an opportunity for meditative introspection and to restore vital energy.
This class will be held in the hot room with the temperature set to a cozy 80-85 degrees.
