The Cardio + Core class elevates your heart rate, challenges your endurance and works your core to the max. Addicting, challenging, and fun!
Plyometric training is used, in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power, speed and strength all in a low-impact setting.

This is a core-focused workout that adds strength and weight training to an intense 55- minute class using the reformer, the jump board will be used in some of the classes for cardio as well as other cardio methods, hand weights and other props will be used to enhance

• THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR: New, injured or pregnant clients.
• RECOMMENDED: Non-slip socks (available for purchase at the studio) and water.
