This invigorating Pilates class focuses on strengthening the core, creating long and lean muscles while working with a variety of props to challenge even the most experienced clients. Within this class we will utilize additional equipment, such as, Spring Wall, Bosus, dumbbells, Therabands, foam rollers, squishy balls, stability balls, and more!

You will leave this class feeling stronger, taller and more relaxed and well on your way to that long, lean and sexy Pilates body.
 
• THIS CLASS IS GREAT FOR: All levels.
 
• THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR: Clients brand new to the Pilates reformer. Injured and/or pregnant clients please contact the studio before participating in this class.
 
• RECOMMENDED: Non-slip socks (available for purchase at the studio) and water.
