TONE
This invigorating Pilates class utilizes the Pilates reformer
equipment - each reformer class is a total body workout and a
balance of mobility, flexibility, strength, and core stability. We
will focus on strengthening the core, toning all your muscles
along with while working with a variety of props to challenge even
the most experienced clients, or for those that may require
modifications to meet all levels of ability. Within this class we
will utilize additional equipment, such as, Spring Wall, Bosus, TRX
Suspension, dumbbells, Therabands, foam rollers, squishy balls,
stability balls, and more!
You will leave this class feeling stronger, taller and more
relaxed and well on your way to that long, lean and sexy Pilates
body.

If you are brand new to the Pilates reformer, pregnant,
have an injury or recovering from an injury, please contact
the studio.
• THIS CLASS IS GREAT FOR: All levels.

reformer. Injured and/or pregnant clients please contact the studio
before participating in this class.
• RECOMMENDED: Non-slip socks (available for purchase at the
studio) and water.
