Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing and mindful practice. In this slower-paced flow class, each pose will be held for extended amounts of time. We will use a variety of props throughout the practice to support the body and give the muscles a chance to truly rest.
Focus is on breath and movement to create a mindful connection within the body. This practice is ideal for all levels and for those who want a space to release the stress of everyday life. Stillness is a powerful practice.
