In this 3 week series we will explore the hammock! This will be a fun but yet unique introduction to aerial fitness that uses fabrics to engage your whole body and also helps to develop flexibility and grace. This series will include a mix of flexibility and beginner moves that will make you more comfortable with this new apparatus.
Attire: Leggings, yoga grip socks or barefoot. Short sleeve, fitted tops that cover midsection.
*Note: All series are non-refundable. One make-up session allowed if more than 1 student misses the same date at teacher's discretion.
