this is an on-line yoga class for people that want to move their bodies. This class will be fun and easy on your mind and body. We will move the spine in every way and we will stretch the arms, legs and neck so that you can get on with your day feeling great.
This yoga class is perfect for those that have a sedentary lifestyle, and that includes people that are sitting at a desk. Any age is welcome, getting up and down from the floor is not required. All movements will be done standing or sitting in a chair.
We will use a chair and strap for every class. Any chair without wheels or side arms will do, but if you would like to purchase an official yoga chair or strap, arrangements can be made to meet at the studio for pick-up.
When you sign up for this class, you will be emailed a zoom ink to join the class 30 min before the start of the class.
