will relook at the way you can effectively, safely, and efficiently
use props to gain strength, joint mobility, flexibility, and range
of motion in the most basic of shapes.
If you have been practicing for years guaranteed you will have
a fresh look at your practice and how to gain greater function,
space, awareness, and physical health inside your body.
Each week we will look at various props including blocks,
bolsters, chairs, straps, and blankets to incorporate into practice
in new and inventive ways. Relooking and reimagining how you may
feel about these tools in your practice and how to effectively use
them inside of shapes you may have thought of as basic.

Katonah Maps, body reading, and techniques for strength, agility,
and range of motion.
