<div>If you have been practicing for years guaranteed you will have a fresh look at your practice and how to gain greater function, space, awareness, and physical health inside your body. </div>

<div>Each week we will look at various props including blocks, bolsters, chairs, straps, and blankets to incorporate into practice in new and inventive ways. Relooking and reimagining how you may feel about these tools in your practice and how to effectively use them inside of shapes you may have thought of as basic. </div>

<div>Please note that this is based on Iyengar principles, FUSING Katonah Maps, body reading, and techniques for strength, agility, and range of motion.</div>

<h3><strong>Level 1 - Beginner </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Level 1</strong> classes are designed for those who have had no previous exposure to yoga but are eager to learn and start experiencing the amazing benefits of a yoga practice. The beginner student needs slow-paced direction and a great level of detail so they can become familiar with basic yoga poses and the use of the breath.</span></h3>
