fully supported and held by props such as bolsters, blankets and
blocks. It helps restore and renew your body and mind on every
level. It is a deeply healing practice that helps release and
reduce stress and can be beneficial for those who experience
chronic pain or illness. Restorative yoga is designed for all
levels. No yoga experience is necessary. Light massage is
included.
