A dynamic yoga practice followed by nourishing restorative shapes. The weight vinyasa to restorative shapes will be matched and mirrored on the Season's energy.
Level 2 - Experienced Beginner
Level 2 classes are designed for those who have had some exposure to yoga, including an introduction to basic yoga poses and proper alignment. The experienced beginner student would like to explore their practice and begin to become more familiar with poses and use of the breath.
Everyday Namaste - Low Intensity
Classes labeled “Everyday Namaste” are low to medium intensity. Get your yoga fix with minimal sweat.
