This class opens the body and builds strength while developing a personal understanding of your body and how it moves. You will be taken through an active flow, synthesizing body mechanics and proper alignment with traditional yoga postures, using the breath as a tool to connect to your core body in each asana.
Level 1 - Beginner
Level 1 classes are designed for those who have had no previous exposure to yoga, but are eager to learn and start experiencing the amazing benefits of a yoga practice. The beginner student needs slow-paced direction and a great level of detail so they can become familiar with basic yoga poses and use of the breath.
