Designed to target your body’s deep stabilisers, this class targets your ‘core’ (including your hips, shoulders and even feet!) through creative, challenging movement. We’ll use contemporary Pilates and exercise science to strengthen, stabilise and re-balance, and finish with mobility and myofascial release. All levels welcome.
