Do you struggle with getting a full night's sleep? Does your tossing & turning lead to a full of a aches & pains?
End your restless nights with this 5-week meditation series!
In this class you will learn how to turn off the monkey mind to create space for a clear mind that will help lead you into a deep sleep. Each class will include 3-5 restorative poses and a guided meditation. These poses can also be used as a comfortable sleeping position. Breathing techniques will be used along with meditative tools, including essential oils & Tibetan Singing Bowls.

You are welcome to bring your own yoga props and mat but we also have some you may use.
