Class Available By Invitation Only. This is a mixed-level drop-in class for developing aerial strength and body control. Our class focuses on technique and strength building by combining conditioning exercises and aerial straps skills. Skills are taught in progression, so no previous aerial experience necessary. We recommend that you have a healthy back and shoulders (no recent injuries or surgeries). Please wear comfortable, metal-free clothing and bring layers to keep warm between turns on the apparatus.
