This class really is the best of both worlds. We will spend the first half of class warming the body in a vinyasa-style flow. Linking movement to breath, we will enjoy all the benefits of this energetic practice.
After having released some energy and warmed our bodies, we will spend the remainder of the class in long, relaxing holds designed to take advantage of the heat we have generated for deeper holds.
