In Level 1 you wil learn basic spins, strength holds, and transitions. Our curriculum is designed to safely build strength, develop coordination, and learn proper technique. Progressions will be provided for all fitness levels to allow our students to progress at their own pace.
Completion of Intro to Pole Fitness is a prerequisite for this class. Level 1 Pole Fitness is open to students of all genders who are age 16 or older.
