BRAND NEW to pole students must attend Pole Intro and receive an instructor recommendation to "level up" prior to attending Beginner level classes.
Beginner level classes features a more challenging warm up and tricks, and routine. The instructor will tailor moves to your pole fitness level. Tricks include Wrist Seat, Lay Back, Hang Back, Inverted V, Scorpio, Gemini, Elbow stands, and more! New spins include Diamond, Spinning Eagle, Corkscrew, and Crouching Tiger, Spiral, Rockstar, and Crouching Tiger variations, as well as introduce you to combination spins.
