tricks. The instructor will tailor moves to your pole fitness
level. Tricks include Wrist Seat, Lay Back, Hang Back, Inverted V,
Scorpio, Gemini, Elbow stands, and more! New spins include Diamond,
Spinning Eagle, Corkscrew, and Crouching Tiger, Spiral, Rockstar,
and Crouching Tiger variations, as well as introduce you to
combination spins.
