Nourishment is so much more than the food you consume. It can be explored with a spiritual and mindful intention through the skills you develop in a Yoga practice, by tuning into what your body needs in every given moment. Explore how you can feel vibrant and full of life by flooding your body with healing foods.
This program will combine thoughtful eating habits with movement, meditation, and breath work for whole-body holistic healing. Crystal will offer tools to improve digestion, inflammation, and immunity to gain more energy in your body, mind, and spirit.
· This is a 6-week program beginning on 1/23 that will meet as a group in studio once a week on Sunday’s at 3pm
· Bring an open and curious heart to explore meditation, breath, and movement to support improving digestive health in a safe and supportive space
· Each week you will receive handouts with tools for keeping your body nourished with food, breath, and movement to apply and practice on and off your mat.
