Hot Hatha Flow Yoga is practiced in our heated room and
utilizes postures (asanas) to stretch, tone and strengthen the
entire muscular and skeletal system. Hatha Yoga also works all the
internal systems and organs of the body, helping to bring the body
back into a healthy balance.
Hot Hatha flow combines postures in a sequence of movements
that “flow” with the breath in a vigorous series. A rejuvenating
class with a calm flow.
