All Levels Pole Flow Class. Knee Pads Highly Recommended-- We don't always use them but you should bring them to class each week. This class is open to all experience levels.
DO NOT APPLY ANY LOTION OR OILS FOR 24 HOURS PRIOR TO COMING TO CLASS. Bring or wear socks! Recommended clothing: Shorts, tank top, t-shirt, sports bra, etc. DO NOT WEAR YOGA PANTS!!!
