We ask a great deal of our legs and hips throughout the day and it is important to keep them mobile and strong. With Hips Down, we will focus on longevity. Combining mobility training and ground-based stretching, we will quickly expand the usable range of your joints. With this, we will refine your locomotive movement patterns around these new ranges. This will ensure longevity and comfort from the hips, down! We encourage participants (but not required) to use a Naboso Mat for standing work to enhance the neural recruitment from your feet up, as the feet have a very strong relationship to the hips!
