Learn the fundamentals of inverting on the pole including pole-based headstands, basic inversions, and chopper inversions. This class will include drills and conditioning exercises to prepare you for inversions.
Open to Level 2 students or higher. Students should be able to climb the full height of the pole and hold and inverted prep for 5 counts to register. If you are unsure if this class is suitable for you, please ask your instructor.
