Gaining mobility and flexibility in the body is a process and there’s no better way to start (or maintain) that process than with the basics! Class will include a gentle warmup, mobility/balance/strength-building activities, as well as active and passive stretching. These activities are designed to build a foundation for contortion-style flexibility training that can be found in traditional BNB classes. Please bring yoga mat and water. Yoga blocks and straps are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own props if you prefer! All levels welcome!
