TRX is a challenging new class utilizing various suspension trainers which we believe using the person's body weight in exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of Suspension Trainers, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
The level of difficulty is established by increasing or decreasing the angle of the participant's body to provide the most challenging resistance for participants regardless of age or fitness level.
The workouts are high intensity however, we encourage you to
go at your own pace.
