Join us for an advanced weekend of handbalancing led by professional acrobat and stuntman Yuri Marmerstein! This course will focus on intermediated to advanced hand balance techniques, as well as mobility, recovery, acrobatics, and floor movement.
Beginners are absolutely welcome and will be given variations of the exercises appropriate to their level, but it's recommended that students have a consistent freestanding handstand with a decent line prior to attending this training.

-Arm support using the body’s physical structure to
its advantage
-How to safely bail out of the handstand to increase
confidence and help prevent potential injury
-Improving balance in the handstand using a deliberate

balance to increase control and versatility
