core was too weak, your hips are too heavy and your fear is too
great?
You're not alone, but arm balances actually have very little to do with strength or your body weight!

They have much more to do with the mechanics of balance
and learning the specific techniques to get you flying with ease in
multiple arm balances and inversions.
This 2 hour workshop will introduce you to the
fundamentals of balance; how to activate your hands for a strong
and pain-free practice, how to find and lock in your personal
balance tipping point, how to trust yourself to lean in and stay
up, how to prepare your body for each arm balance or inversion you
want to practice and how to fall safely so you can feel free to fly
safely.
This all-levels workshop is perfect for beginners who are
new to arm balancing, and will offer ample opportunities for more
seasoned students to explore transitions between poses and more
complex variations.
