Hot Yoga is a series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing exercises based on the Bishnu Gosh Lineage. It is designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. During this 90 minute class, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body, giving you an incredible sense of well-being.

Being in a heated room helps detoxify the body through perspiration, tones the muscles and flushes every cell and organ in the body. Whatever your age, injury, or prior yoga experience (if any at all), this yoga will benefit your body and mind in ways you never imagined possible!
