Class begins with a mindfulness based meditation and check-in. Followed by gentle asana with a focus on physiological alignment to support prenatal and postnatal strength and relaxation.
Babies (pre-crawling) are welcome to join. Appropriate for all trimesters of pregnancy and starting at 6 weeks postpartum.
Childcare available for babies and older siblings.
