Ready to take Flight? Start with our beginner friendly
Introduction to Aerial Yoga. Learn all the basics, as well as the
foundational poses adapted from yoga to take your practice to new
heights. Lots of detailed instruction is given to help you learn
quickly while you experience yoga in a whole new way. This is a
great way to enhance your current yoga practice as you develop new
levels of strength, flexibility & balance!
Whether or not you may have taken a heated class prior to aerial, we kindly ask you to change/wear clean, dry clothes including 'sleeved' shirts (no tank tops), yoga leggings, and socks/toe sox. Don't forget your mat and water bottle.
