<p>Feeling scattered? Join Zachary for a class that leans a bit more traditional. Integrative yoga is inspired by the Hatha yoga tradition of the Himalayas and an Ayurvedic approach to yoga therapy. Each session is designed to help you metabolize life's wild experiences while leaving you feeling grounded, centered, and nourished.</p>
<p>Each class will engage in practices of intention setting and self-inquiry, mantra (sacred sound), mudra (hand gestures), asana (yoga shapes), pranayama (breath work), relaxation, and meditation. </p>
