Aerial Yoga & Meditation (Virtual

This is the virtual option for
Aerial yoga with Heather McAbee.
This class is also offered
in-person at the studio.

HOME
In this class, you'll explore the
ways the yoga hammock can support you and create proper alignment
in basic yoga poses. From floor poses, to standing poses and even
slow gentle yoga flows. Increasing flexibility, awareness and
endurance to also improve posture as you create a balanced
stability in the body. You will learn an optional inversion
pose with each class, so that week after week you can begin to feel
more comfortable and at ease hanging upside down in your
hammock.

HOW TO CONNECT TO YOUR LIVE ZOOM SESSION:
1. To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.
2. Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.
3. About 20 minutes before the class begins, the instuctor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect you to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.
4. Please try to sign on at least 10 minutes before the class begins.
