This class is taught by Riley Stefan, M.S.ed Exercise Physiology: she is a gymnast, a competitive olympic power lifter, mobility is one of her passions, and not to mention a published researcher in the field of exercise physiololgy. She is going to run you through a low impact strength and muscular endurance focus mixed with a mobility aspect.
