Join us for HIIT! Class will change up often so no two classes
are exactly alike. This full body workout focuses on both cardio
and strength training - with body exercises and weights / equipment
added into the mix.
While this class is designed for intermediate to advanced
class goers, anyone can sign up to challenge themselves! It's
advanced but new people and all participants are encouraged to do
what you can and stick with it!! It does get easier :)
