Our newest teen coaching program was developed to support the stress, pressures, and anxiety that is flooding our youth today. Our program ensures girls feel safe and comfortable, provides insight and discussions on important and sensitive issues, allows for experience activities to implement new personal growth strategies, and be a part of a space for girls to connect and support each other along the way. Teens need a peer group that understands them, and they also need a little sound advice to navigate these challenging times, and their roller coasters of emotions. These groups facilitate great bonds that often continue beyond our classes. Topics covered during our group sessions include:

Details: Sessions held on Zoom. Participants will complete a questionnaire before the start of our session to ensure our topics and discussions are focused on the concerns of our group.
