This is a beginner to intermediate vinyasa class that links
breath with movement in a moving
meditation. We will begin and end class with a breathing exercise
to help connect ourselves to
our breath and the present moment, this will help us stay embodied
as we move through the
flow of postures. For this class you will need two blocks, and a
strap if it is available to you.
REQUIRED PROPS
- 2 yoga blocks
If you do not have any of the required props listed, you can rent them from the studio for $1/prop/class.
We also have these props available for purchase at The Aura Store.
We DO NOT rent blankets, so if these are required, please be sure to bring your own.
