This aerial yoga class will introduce new clients to aerial
exercises on yoga hammocks. This class is suitable for beginners
and will emphasize postural alignment and body awareness through
synergistic muscle movement to promote balance and flow in the yoga
hammock. This class will challenge you while providing a safe and
effective workout. No experience is necessary. No shows and class
cancellations less than 2 hours in advance will be charged the full
rate...no exceptions. Classes begin on
time so late-comers will not be permitted once the class
has started, if your hammock has been given to a person who shows
up on the waitlist.
