Based off your traditional western “hot” series yoga that has been adapted to be sustainable and accessible for any one of any level. In this “heated” (up to 87 degrees) ALL levels Hatha set series that is a full body stretch. All poses are intended to help bring the spine back to its natural curves of the body.
Broken into sections: warm up, balance, strength building, trip around hip, core, and cooling. Paced slightly faster and less poses to fit the 60 minutes.
Doing a set series has many benefits, you’ll know where you are going after a few classes. Plenty of opportunities for modification for your practice. Heated to get you deeper into poses but not over 100 degrees which can be dangerous for the body.
