Further development of contortion fundamentals, end-range conditioning, polishing lines, and exploration of sequencing. Topics that will be covered include bridge varieties, scales and tilts, handbalancing (contortion and straight-body), cheststands — and building endurance to put together combos of these skills.

2. Able to hold freestanding front/Y-scale with straight
knees
3. Able to enter/hold bridge, straight elbows, shoulders
stacked over hands
4. Able to enter elbow bridge (from straight arm bridge or
kick over) w/ face clearing the ground
5. Able to walkover from standing to bridge
