RBG Yoga is yoga for healthy, active aging PrimeTime members. RBG Yoga is a nod to the Supreme Court Justice who inspires all of us that being fit can be achieved at any age. During this class, you will Reach, Balance and Gain (RBG) Strength while immersing in the fundamentals of yoga. You will address concerns related to strength, flexibility, balance, agility, cardiovascular health, brain health and stress management. You will explore traditional yoga poses, breathing practices and meditation in a well-rounded sequence that improves strength, flexibility, and balance.
