A 60 minute class; 30 minutes Indoor Cycling followed by 30
minutes of Vinyasa Yoga.
Our Classic 30/30 is our flagship class...the staple to The Cycling Yogi. While motivating, challenging, and exciting, this class is is perfect for those just starting out who also want a good sweat.
Indoor Cycling is a low impact, cardiovascular workout. Control your workout by adjusting the resistance and speed. Yoga is a practice where you connect breath and movement on your mat. Find your breath, move through different poses, and enjoy a savasana, resting period, at the end.
Disclaimer: All levels welcome in every class! If any part of your ride is too much, take a beat, sit back, and hop back up when you’re ready. All instructors have their own unique format in teaching.
