In this class, you will utilize a looped fabric (hammock) to refine your practice. The hammock acts as a yoga prop that can be used to make otherwise difficult postures more accessible. It can challenge you to focus on proper alignment and also give you the sweetest floating savasana you’ve ever experienced. This class focuses on a wide range of postures, including core strengthening exercises, hip openers, backbends, inversions, and more. Modifications and pose alternatives will be offered. All levels are welcome, from the beginning student to the frequent flyer.
