YIN YOGA
INSPIRED
When you take this class, you will be learning to compose
yourself. Quiet the mind, stretch the body, and relax into the
present. This is a time for introspection. Long stretches held from
1-7 minutes, mostly through floor work. We will work on tendons,
ligaments and sacrum here, and also learn to be less anxious, hasty
or fast. This class demonstrates being tolerant. You may experience
trembles, feelings, emotions, and courage during your continued
persistence of this practice.
