Level 2 students are comfortable with climbing and feel
confident with basic spins, sits, and grips. They are now ready to
take on inverts!
Students do not have to have a strong invert in order to start
level 2 classes but should be comfortable with crunch ups holding
the pole and have a strong enough grip to start working on
perfecting the art of going upside down.
Instructors will work with each student on skills that are
appropriate for level 2 including basic inversions, more difficult
spins and tricks. Special attention will be focused on refining
skills already achieved, strength, stamina and flexibility training
as well.
Shorts are highly recommended as well tops or shirts that allow the
pole to come in contact with skin on the sides of the torso.
Heels are optional.
