In this all levels class, we utilize sensual movement, basic
dance theory and self-exploration to create total body
awareness.
Students will explore all sorts of fun floorwork
techniques....crawls, leg waves, shoulder stands, rolls, and
heel-work. We will guide you through technique and form through
sexy dance sequences and routines. This low impact class is a
great way to dance and express yourself through safe, grounded
movement.
Since we will only be using the floor and wall in this class,
please bring knee pads, leg warmers, long pants and a long sleeve
shirt for a better movement experience. Heels are recommended but
not necessary.
No pole or dance experience necessary! 18 years of age or over
