Join us for our Intermediate Heel Flow class, where we'll explore sophisticated and sensual movement sequences along with advanced heel techniques! This class is ideal for those who feel confident in platform heels and are eager to enhance their flow and artistry in pole dance.
To help ensure a smooth experience, we suggest that students possess a foundational understanding of Beginner Heel Flow movements, including pirouettes, shoulder rolls, and basic heel techniques. It's also beneficial to be familiar with standard Level 1 Pole moves such as fankicks, climbs, and pole sits before enrolling.
While heels are encouraged, they are not mandatory—feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable!
Don’t forget to bring kneepads or legwarmers for added knee protection. Please note that participants must be 18 years or older to attend.
