This class is for students who are new to aerial hoop and are
looking to build a solid foundation. Students will learn
strengthening and conditioning as well as proper form and
technique. Basic mounts, poses, inverts, and dance combos will be
taught. Students will learn how to acquire the strength and
flexibility needed to go on to more advanced classes.
We recommend thick sweats, knee socks, or leg warmers for the first
few classes until your legs get used to the hoop. No shoes needed,
barefoot is best to start.
