An hour-long class designed to teach the youth the fundamentals of boxing. This class will cover basics and will also have some strength training (pushups, and burpees) along with conditioning (running, bag work) as well. This class is also designed to teach the youth the art of self-defense, and how to go about being bullied in school. We strongly believe in walking away from controversy when it’s possible but feel it’s very necessary to learn how to defend ourselves and others who can’t .
